In the FI inquiry service, you can select List Indication/ Target Indication/ The Same hierarchy indication screen display. An example is following.
When the following steps are taken, the screen below is displayed.

- On the Patent Map Guidance top page, choose the Indication Type "List", enter FI (main group or lower level) in the query box, then click "Query".
- On the Patent Map Guidance top page, choose the Indication Type "List". On the FI main group/facet selection/ screen, click "FI (main group)".

When "MENU" is clicked, Patent Map Guidace closes and the screen returns to the Industrial Property Digital Library top page.

TOP
When "TOP" is clicked, the Patent Map Guidance top page is displayed.
BACK
When "BACK" is clicked, the previously displayed screen is displayed.
NEXT
When "NEXT" is clicked, the screen returns to the screen displayed befo re clicking "BACK".
Former main group
When "Former main group" is clicked, the List/ Target/ The same hierarchy indication of the immediately preceding main group is displayed.
Following main group
When "Following main group" is clicked, the List/ Target/ The same hierarchy indication of the immediately next main group is displayed.
Main group selection
When the "Main group Selection" is clicked, the FI Main Group/ Facet Selection screen is displayed.
Revision Information
When "Revision Information" is clicked, the screen of Japanese FI revision information is displayed.
Indication Type
Choose the preferable Indication Type, from the List, Target and The same hierarchy indications.
Main group title
The title of a main group. In the example, (The main part of an animal or a plant, preservation of those portions) stand for main group title.
The end of a title
The end of a title is expressed. In the example, (——) stand for end of title.
FI
When "FI" is clicked, the screen corresponding to the selected FI is displayed. In the example, (1/00,1/01...) stand for FI.
(Notes)/(Index)
A click will display the /(notes) (index) list screen corresponding to each main group, or a main group title (notes) / (index) list screen is displayed.
F-term (theme code)
When "F-term (theme code)" is clicked, F-term List screen of the theme code is displayed. In the example, (2D060) stands for a theme code.
